Key Management

Juzer Nomanbhoy is our Managing Director (Malaysia) and Vice President - Strategic Planning and Business Development. He has been with our Group since 1992 and he is responsible for the development of our offshore engineering services. He also oversees the day-to-day operations of our Malaysia operations and is responsible for the strategic planning and business development of our Group's business. Before joining our Group in 1992, he was an employee at Dowell Schlumberger Asia Pte Ltd for a period of six years, where he was responsible for the day-to-day running of the base for the provision of well cementing services to various national oil companies in Mexico, Brunei, Korea, Japan and Taiwan. Before his stint with Dowell Schlumberger Asia Pte Ltd, he spent one year as an engineer on the Malaysia International Shipping Corporation vessels. Juzer Nomanbhoy graduated with a Bachelor Degree with Honours from the University of New South Wales, Australia in Mechanical Engineering in 1982.

Tito Setiawan is our General Manager (Indonesia) and oversees our business operations in Indonesia. He has been with our Group since 2007 and he performs business analysis with respect to our oil and gas businesses as well as risk assessment and asset assessment analysis for our business in Indonesia. Prior to joining our Group, he was the head of operations at PT. AKR Corporindo from 2005 to 2007, and the senior consultant at PT. Pindad (Persero) and Goltens Marine & Power Plant Pte Ltd from 2004 to 2005. From 2002 to 2004, he was the general manager at PT. Indokomas Buana Perkasa. He was also the manager covering various business segments at a Swedish company, SKF Bearing, AB, from 1997 to 2002. Tito Setiawan graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering (with a specialisation in drilling engineering for oil, gas, geothermal and coal bed methane) from the Trisakti University of Jakarta, Indonesia in 1992. Tito Setiawan has also attended several training courses, including Jetty Operator Marine Safety Training held by BP Shipping, Basic Sea Survival conducted by WISH Training & Consulting, Horizontal Drilling Technology Ultra Short Radius Radial Drilling conducted by P.T. Techtran Trimitra, and Geothermal Drilling Specialisation conducted by Dir. Tek. Pertambangan Minyak Dan Gas Bumi - Indonesia.

Justin Yong is our Vice President - Operations. He has been with our Group since 2002 and his present responsibilities include overseeing the management of projects, procurement, administration, human resource, processing as well as quality assessment and quality control of our engineering business. Prior to his appointment as Vice President - Operations, Justin Yong was the general manager of IEV Gas and spearheaded the establishment of our Mobile Natural Gas Sector in Indonesia. Prior to joining our Group, he was the finance and administration manager at Stock Niaga Dotcom Sdn. Bhd. in 2000, and the regional accountant at Cape East (M) Sdn Bhd from 1994 to 1998. Justin Yong obtained both a diploma in Business Administration and a certificate from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom) in 2001.

Hew Shook Mun is our Financial Controller and has been with our Group since 2007. Her present responsibilities include overseeing the overall performance of the finance department, including all dealings with our external auditors. Hew Shook Mun joined our Group in 2007 as Finance Manager and was later appointed as Group Corporate Finance and Commercial Manager in 2010 to oversee the management of our Group's accounts and financial reporting matters. Upon our Board's decision to proceed with their listing plans on Catalist, our Board decided to restructure our finance team and designated her to focus her responsibilities on all commercial and legal activities associated with contracts undertaken by our Group with the appointment of Chan Ying Wei as Vice President of Finance in October 2010. In June 2011, she was designated to the position of Financial Controller to oversee the management of our Group's accounts and financial reporting matters and is responsible for the overall financial accounting, financial reporting, compliance as well as matters relating to corporate secretarial and investor relations of our Group. Prior to joining our Group, Hew Shook Mun was the manager of corporate planning in Brunsfield Property Holdings Sdn Bhd from 2001 to 2007, undertaking audit and business advisory projects and was responsible for the financial oversight of all process, and statutory and regulatory control. She was the finance manager at Consortio Sdn Bhd from 1996 to 2001, financial accountant for Ho Hup Construction Co Bhd from 1994 to 1996, an audit senior in BDO Binder (Public Services) from 1989 to 1994 and an audit assistant in TH Liew & Co (Public Practices) from 1988 to 1989. Hew Shook Mun graduated from the National Centre for Information Technology with a diploma in 1989. She is a chartered accountant of the Malaysia Institute of Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).

Chan Ying Wei is our Vice President - Treasury and Corporate Finance. He joined our Group in October 2010 as Vice President of Finance to oversee the management of our Group's accounts and financial reporting matters. As our Group's business operations grew, he was re-designated by our Board to Vice President - Treasury and Corporate Finance in June 2011 to focus on our Group's treasury and corporate finance matters. Chan Ying Wei has more than 16 years of experience in accountancy, audit and finance. Prior to joining our Group in 2010, he was the chief financial officer at Gefung Holdings Berhad from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, he was the financial controller at LeaseLine Sdn Bhd from 2005 to 2006 and was with Ernst and Young & Co from 1995 to 2005. Chan Ying Wei graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) from RMIT University, Melbourne Australia in 1994. He is a Certified Public Accountant by the CPA Australia and a Chartered Accountant under the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
