Based on the information provided to the Company as at 8 March 2012, approximately 26.20% of the issued shares of the Company was held in the hands of the public as defined in the Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “Catalist Rules”). Accordingly, Rule 723 of the Catalist Rules has been complied with.
